This page explains how orders from BorealPeptide.com are processed and shipped within Canada, along with our
reshipment and issue-resolution rules. It applies together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. In the
event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions control

  • 1. Shipping Area & Origin
    • All orders ship from Québec, Canada.
    • We ship to Canadian addresses only (all provinces and territories).
    • Orders with non-Canadian shipping addresses are not accepted and may be cancelled.
  • 2. Order Processing & Transit
    • Orders are processed on business days.
    • Processing time and carrier transit time vary by destination and the service level selected at checkout.
    • Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • 3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
    Flat Rate Shipping: $14.99 CAD.
    Free Shipping: Orders over $200 CAD (after discounts, before tax).
    Service options: Available services and rates are shown at checkout.
  • 4. Carriers & Tracking
    • We use tracked parcel services such as Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. The carrier may be selected at our
    discretion unless you choose a specific service at checkout.
    • Tracking details will be sent by email once your order ships.
    • A signature may be required for certain orders at our discretion.
  • 5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels
    • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided on the order.
    • If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once a
    shipment is in transit.
    • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect before the carrier
    deadline, reshipment may be arranged for a flat $15 CAD fee (return processing and new shipping label).
  • 6. Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments
    Tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:
    • Check nearby delivery areas (mailroom, front desk, parcel room, etc.).
    • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
    • Contact the carrier with your tracking number for delivery details and claim options.
    Tracking shows no updates for an extended period:
    • If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us with your order number and tracking
    number.
    • We may open a carrier investigation and follow their process based on findings.
  • 7. Delivery Retrieval
    You are responsible for retrieving your parcel promptly after delivery or attempted delivery. For controlled-access
    buildings or shared parcel areas, please confirm your delivery instructions before ordering
  • 8. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
    All sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with
    incorrect items:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Include your order number and clear photos of the shipping package and contents.
    We review issues on a case-by-case basis. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement or store credit. See
    our Refund Policy for full details.
