This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on BorealPeptide.com. It applies together with our Terms &
Conditions and Shipping & Returns page

  • 1. All Sales Are Final
    Due to the nature of research-grade materials and the cold-chain requirements of lyophilized peptides, all sales
    are final. We do not accept returns for reasons including change of mind, ordering error, or dissatisfaction with
    research outcomes.
  • 2. Eligible Issues
    We will consider a replacement or store credit only in the following cases:
    • The order arrives visibly damaged (e.g., broken vial, compromised packaging).
    • You receive incorrect items (a product different from what was ordered).
    No refund, replacement, or credit will be issued for: products stored improperly after delivery; orders where the
    incorrect shipping address was provided; refused or uncollected parcels; or orders outside Canada.
  • 3. How to Report an Issue
    If your order falls under an eligible case:
    • Contact us at info@borelpeptide.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Include your order number in the subject line.
    • Attach clear photos of the shipping package (exterior and interior) and all contents received.
    Requests received after 48 hours or without supporting photos may not be eligible for resolution
  • 4. Resolution Process
    We review each case individually. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
    • Replacement of the affected item(s), subject to availability; or
    • Store credit toward a future order.
    Cash refunds are not issued except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your province.
