This Research-Use-Only Policy explains the permitted scope of purchase and use for all products sold on this
site. It applies together with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Returns, and Refund Policy. In the event of any
inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions control.
- 1. Scope of Use
• Research use only. Products are supplied solely for non-clinical laboratory research, analytical reference,
and assay development.
• Not for human or animal use. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for any
clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purpose. They must not be represented as intended to diagnose, treat,
mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
• No representation of authorization. Products must not be represented as authorized, approved, or
licensed by Health Canada as drugs, natural health products, medical devices, or veterinary health products.
• Qualified facilities only. Materials must be handled in suitably equipped laboratory or research facilities
using appropriate internal controls and safety procedures.
• Qualified personnel. Only individuals with relevant training and institutional approval should handle or work
with these materials.
• No instructions for use. BorealPeptide.com does not provide directions, protocols, dosing information, or
administration guidance for any product.
• Age restriction. Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older.
- 2. Purchaser Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Compliance with law. Procuring, possessing, transporting, storing, and using products in compliance with
applicable federal, provincial/territorial, and local requirements, and your institution’s rules.
• Institutional approvals. Obtaining any required approvals, authorizations, or facility permissions before
any research use.
• Risk management. Assessing and managing hazards associated with research use, including PPE,
engineering controls, and disposal practices required by your facility.
• No prohibited uses. Products must not be used in humans or animals, in clinical trials, or in any
therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, food, or consumer application.
• No repackaging for consumer sale. Products may not be repackaged, relabeled, marketed, or resold for
consumer, therapeutic, or medical purposes, or represented as suitable for human or animal use. Boréal Peptide is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, failure to follow applicable requirements or institutional rules, or any use outside the scope described in this policy.
- 3. Availability & Shipping
• Canada-only. We sell and ship products to Canadian addresses only. Orders using non-Canadian shipping
addresses are not accepted and may be cancelled.
• Origin. Orders ship from Québec, Canada. For timelines, carrier details, and reshipment rules, see our
Shipping & Returns page.
• Delivery retrieval. You are responsible for prompt retrieval after delivery and for storing products according
to your facility’s protocols.

• You are acting within applicable laws and institutional rules;
